Cody Jess’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, commercial bankruptcy, and business law. He is experienced in Chapter 7, 11, and 15 (cross-border insolvency) bankruptcy and is a seven-time Super Lawyers Rising Stars selectee.

A 2006 Willard H. Pedrick Scholar at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, Mr. Jess is a member of the State Bar of Arizona Bankruptcy and Trial Practice sections and the American Bankruptcy Institute, and he is a barrister in the Arizona Bankruptcy American Inn of Court.

Mr. Jess also provides pro bono assistance to indigent persons through Community Legal Services’ Volunteer Lawyers Program.
